Small Business & Office Cleaning

Green Rose offers professional services to small local business spaces. While Green Rose primarily uses natural products, some exceptions can be made for businesses needing to meet certain sanitation requirements. Small Business & Office cleaning services are subscription based, with an appointed reoccurring schedule of days and times. Cleans can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or potentially multiple days a week based on availability!

Business cleaning is maintenance-level while meeting your professional standard. If deep cleaning is needed, a custom quote can be provided.

Services start at $60/hr.

Small Business & Office Cleanings generally include:

• Dusting

• Surface cleaning & sanitation

• Wipe down of outer appliances & microwaves

• Bathrooms

• Mirrors

• Vacuuming

• Mopping

• Small kitchenette cleaning

• Space resetting/tidying

• Refilling items such as paper towels etc; most be provided by and stored by the client

• Inner windows up to 10 feet in height

• Removal of trash; disposal must be available on-site and proper sized bags provided for bins.

These Cleaning Services Do Not Include:

• Industrial Spaces

• Large Kitchens

• Exteriors

• Deep Cleaning (unless specified)

• Exposure to Hazardous Materials/Biohazards

• Basements

• Garages

• Appliance Interiors (unless specified)

• Job Site Cleanup
